VYPE Magazine caught up with this year’s Underclassman to Watch for the Sandites to find out more about this up-and-coming wrestler.
VYPE: Zander, what do you love most about your team and teammates at Charles Page High School?
Grigsby: The thing I love most about my team is how close we are and the relationships that come out of wrestling. I love being on the same team as these guys and going to compete with them along the way.
VYPE: Do you have a favorite subject in school or a favorite teacher?
Grigsby: My favorite subject in school would have to be math, that would make Mrs. Graves my favorite teacher.
VYPE: Who has been a big influence in your life, on or off the mat?
Grigsby: My dad has been the biggest influence in my life. He is a hard worker and I just look up to him the most.
